About me

I'll introduce myself the Ugandan way.. I'm born again. My name is teacher Talbot Lou. I'm not married but not searching and I work for Community Christian Family Ministries alongside the Church Mission Society. I am also a student of Counselling at St Francis Family Helper Programme. I have one sister and both parents, and I live in Mbarara, Uganda though I am from Bristol, in the UK.

The video will tell you a lot about who I am and what I do, but you should also know that I trained with Navigators UK on their Connect programme for graduates. I'm an ENFP and I miss nice cheese and Cadbury's chocolate, but I do love well-made matoke and chapattis. My inspiration is Jesus, because he isn't religious - instead He lives with real freedom, accepts people as they come and loves them enough not to let them stay like that. My passion is for change for good, and an increased desire for God - in myself, in other people and communities.

I feel like the most blessed person in the world to be working in a wonderful country with a great organisation, but the work out here is only possible if people like you are involved as well. Please do get in touch (louise.s.talbot AT gmail.com) if you want to know more about being a prayer or financial partner.
